June 8, 2009 | - The eighty-third meeting of the Tri-City Coin Club was called to order at 6:29pm.
- The reports (Treasurer, Secretary, and Registrar) were read and approved.
- The Webmaster, Margarita Martinez gave us her update on the website.
- Perry Bragg gave an update on the Richmond Coin Club. www.richmondcoinclub.com
- A motion was made to move the elections of the officers to January to match the new membership due date.
- Carlos M., (one of our young people) announced that he printed out a list of the nickels and pennies he was looking for, and placed the list for others to look at during the break.
- Elizabeth (Treasurer), suggested Margarita put the list on the website and make a youth page for the others to see what coins the young people are searching for and could maybe help them out.
- Perry Bragg gave the Educational Presentation.
- Harvey Hinson will give the next's month Educational Presentation.
- Break 7:07pm-7:16pm
- Kids Drawing- Since there were only two young people, Danita gave them each three items.
- Raffle Drawing- three winners
- The auction began at 7:19pm and went on for the rest of the meeting.
