A

PRESIDENT - shall preside over regular meetings and serve as chairman of the Executive Board. The Chairman shall have a meeting of the Executive Board atleast two (2) times each year.

B

VICE PRESIDENT - shall assume the duties of the President in his/her absence, along with various other duties that may be assigned fom time to time by the President. He/She shall serve as Program/Social Activity Chairman and plan events.

C

TREASURER - shall receive and keep a record of all money (dues, fees, receipts) paid into and disbursted by the membership of the club and shall bank the same. He/She shall prepare a complete report (including the expenditures, income and current balanced bank statement) and report at each meeting of the club or Executive Board. The Treasurer is also authorized to pay approved bills of the club and withdraw monies for the same. The Treasurer's book shall be audited annually as directed by the president. The Treasurer shall assist with club correspondence and mass mailings.

D

SECRETARY - shall keep a tre and accurate set of minutes, auction sales, clubs mandates and the Executive Board and keep a copy of the minutes available to the President and shall attend to any mandates of the club as requested by the President.

E

REGISTRAR - shall be in charge of all drawlings; assign membership numbers; provide and accept application forms, along with the first year dues for membership; present application to the president for a vote and give the treasurer the application and the fee; contact (call) members for monthly meeting reminder; be in charge of raffle tickets and give monies to treasurer. Choose a member from the audience to draw the ticket for all drawlings. Take roll at each meeting and give the count to the treasurer and secretary for a permanent recorde. Report the membership and raffle ticket sales during the meeting. Also, the Registrar will be a member of the Executive Board and serve at the unanimous pleasure of the president and treasurer and is not subject to election.

ARTICLE VII - THE EXECUTIVE BOARD

These officers above, Founder, Life Members, and the immediate past president shall consistitute the EXECUTIVE BOARD. In order to vote on any change of Constitution and Bylaws, there must be atleast a majority of The Board present.

ARTICLE VIII - A VOLUNTEERED POSITION

Web Master/ Journalist - shall be responsible for publishing news letters, e-mails, (with the president's approval) and maintaining accurate and timely club information and other duties as assigned by the President and Executive Board from time to time. This position is not an officer position and is not subject to election.

ARTICLE IX - DUES

Dues shall be decided by the Executive Board and shall be due in advance. Presently, the 2007 membership due is $5 for adults and $1 for youth (17 and below).

ARTICLE X - REMOVAL OF A MEMBER

Expulsion charges against any member for conduct prejudicial to the welfare of THE TRI-CITY COIN CLUB must be in writing and signed, then presented to The Execuive Board. The accused shall be notified by the secretary and given a reasonable opportunity to enter a written defense to the charge, followed by "yea" or "no" decision shall be communicated to the member in question before or during the next regular meeting.
