Honorary - anyone nominated by the Executive Board and put to the membership for a vote, with atleast twenty (20) members present voting "yea".

Associate - a spouse or parent (guardian), an adult member, youth (17 and below), life, charter or honorary member is eligible for associate membership. Associate members shall not pay dues or vote in an election, but is to have all other privileges.

ARTICLE IV - QUORUM

In order to vote on anything, there must be a membership of atleast twenty (20) members present at a regular meeting.

ARTICLE V - APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP

A

Shall be in writing on the application form provided by the Registrar.

B

Shall include the first year's dues with the application.

C

Shall be voted on and confirmed by the affirmative vote (yea) of the majority at any regular meeting of atleast twenty (20) members present.

D

Any application may be rejected by the "no" vote at any regular meeting of atleast twenty (20) members present. The applicant's fee shall be returned to the applicant.

E

If the applicant is rejected, he/she may request a hearing before the Executive Board shall rule and shall be executed by the Chair.

ARTICLE VI - OFFICERS AND THEIR DUTIES

FOUNDER - Mr. George Minson is the founder of the club. He shall substitute for duties of absent officers.

The officers shall be elected in August and installed in September for a term of one calender year (September 1th - August 31st). All officers shall be adult members.
