CONSTITUTION

AND

BYLAWS

ARTICLE I - NAME

This organization shall be known as The Tri-City Coin Club of the Tri-City Area, and shall be governed by officers.

ARTICLE II - OBJECTIVE

To research further and promote educational activaties related to the collection of coins, medals, and paper money through its regular monthly meetings.

ARTICLE III - MEMBERSHIP

Membership shall consist of adults, youth, (17 and below), life, charter, associate and honorary members.

A membership number will be assigned to each member by the Registrar and Charter members shall have the lowest numbers.

A

Adult - an individual of good moral character (18 years of age and older).

B

Youth - any person 17 years of age and below.

C

Life - an individual who has been a regular member for two or more consecutive years shall be eligible to be Executive Board and voted on (with yea) by a majority of members in attendance. Along with the lifetime membership fee of $100, he/she shall become a member of the Executive Board.

D

Charter - an individual who joined in the seventh, eighth, or ninth month of 2002, to wit; 7/26/02, 7/30/02, 8/1/02, 8/5/02, 8/10/02, 8/13/02, 8/15/02, 8/23/02, 8/29/02, 9/6/02 and 9/27/02, as reflected in treasurer's report.
